01Who is responsible
CodeXpedite is the studio brand shown on this website. The responsible person or entity’s full legal identity and location will be added when the operating details are confirmed.
For questions about this draft or an enquiry, contact [email protected].
02The information you choose to share
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest and a description of your project. A landing page package may also be selected. Please share only information needed to discuss the project.
When you send the enquiry form, the fields you entered are submitted to this website’s server and stored in its database so the enquiry can be answered. Only the site administrator can view them. A short summary of each enquiry (name, email, service, package and the start of the message) is also sent to the site owner’s private notification service so it can be answered quickly.
The copy and download buttons act on a copy of your brief in your browser. A downloaded brief stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
03How an enquiry would be used
If you send an enquiry, the proposed use is to respond, discuss requirements and prepare a proposal. If a project follows, information needed to manage that project would be covered by the agreed working arrangements.
The applicable legal grounds, record-keeping requirements and responsible party details will be completed before public launch. This draft does not claim that those details have been finalised.
04Hosting, email and other providers
This website is hosted on a self-managed server. Its hosting and access services may process technical connection data or account information to deliver and protect the site. The website’s own code contains no analytics or advertising integrations.
When you send an email, your email service and the recipient’s email service process the message. The final notice will identify relevant provider categories, processing locations and any applicable international-transfer arrangements once the operating setup is confirmed.
The separate engineering journal and linked live demo hosts have their own hosting arrangements. Follow the information published on those destinations.
05Keeping enquiry information
The proposed approach is to keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, any agreed project and applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. The final retention criteria will be confirmed with the operating arrangements.
You can ask about correspondence you have sent using the contact address below.
06Questions and privacy requests
You can contact the responsible party to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the law that applies, other rights may include restriction, objection, portability and a complaint to a supervisory authority.
The final notice will identify the applicable rights and request process after the responsible party’s details are confirmed.
07Updates to this page
This is a review draft for the current website design. It must be completed to reflect the actual business and provider setup before the site is made public or the data-handling process changes.
